Book 7

Post  Flamebeard on Thu Apr 02, 2009 9:31 am

Well book 7 finally arrives today a mere 5 weeks or so after our cousins across the pond first recieved it.
They may think they're superior to us getting it so far in advance but what they don't realise is that they are actually the beta testers for book 7 service pack 1 :-)

I for one am really looking forward to exploring more land belonging to the Elven nations.
Even a dwarf can only spend so much time in Moria without getting a touch of seasonal adjustment disorder.

Flame will be back with avengeance now that the spring is here and the sun is shining once again outside of Moria.

I look forward to seeing everyone again in the daylight. I've even learnt a few words of Elvish so that I don't feel out of place.

Mae Govannen everyone!

*Bregowine gasps for air and throws violent tantrum*

Elven lands? I dislike strongly the idea of elves hanging in every tree trying to snipe ye between the eyes with arrow or two!

...and vast resources of Moria changing to endless trees you can chop down only by risking TWICE as much my point number one!

Stubid and boring! I am not leaving Moria...

Tsk tsk Bregowine.... has fungus eaten your mind too? It is good we are finally out from there, and I hope I can convience my brethen to slaughter every goat trying to escape the darkness that was made for them. I have heard my brethen still need suplies from mines tough so we can have loads "fun" inside too.... *sigh*

I suspect the only goats coming out of Moria will be sporting the latest in mithril-alloyed fungal growth, optional spore cloud and leaving a trail of enviromentally unfriendly green water while making distressing wheezing noises.

Any elven archer deciding to shoot one had better hope the wind doesn't turn is all I can say.

aaaghhh

Collecting button mushrooms for Elven feasts?

The whole of Middle Earth is on the brink of war and all the elves can think about is mushrooms?

This dwarf is heading back to into Moria to help with the war effort.

No wonder the elves time in Middle Earth is finished. They're all in a completely different reality.
