A Party Heading East

My friends,
Evil sweeps across this land, and it seems in other
lands also, indeed, in other worlds. I write to let you know that I,
and some of my closest colleagues, including Alqua, Rockrose, Ullorin,
Tambaro, Ulfrun and even Onyon are preparing to travel to a far land to
fight the forces of darkness, to protect the weak, and help the needy,
as is our want and duty. This will mean, unfortunately, that you will
not see us for some time, probably many, many months.

I will
greatly miss both my kin, and the many other friends and comrades I
have met in these lands, and I hope to return at some point in the
future, but for now, do not shed a tear. I will stay in contact as and
when I can. I do of course, step down as officer, as I will be unable
to contribute to the running of the guild.

I hope that in my absence I will learn much of the Craft of War, and be a stronger soul when I return.

Just wanted to stop by and say hello to some old friends I've not forgotten. Hope everything's well with you all, and that the stars are as always shining brightly on your paths.

As for me, I've not given up learning, or making potions, and the animals? Well, it would seem I can become a bit of an animal at times myself these days! Seems I've learned a lot from Kemen and Laicefaire! The only downside of this is that somehow my ears have become hideously oversized, and my hair's now a strange colour.

Colt's shrunk drastically however and is starting to cast strange magics as a result. Some things never change though. He's still got a thing for silly hats ....

Sounds intriguing Alqua.... Pleasant to hear from you. We are still looking for things Under the Stars and slaying them if they don't behave.... Alltough the Hobbit Storage Unit (barrel of Helch) is wiggling more lately, a sign, I don't know. And poor Eterskel is totally stunned by that kitchen poetry book he got.

Miss silly hats and grizzly? Ladies.... *grins*

*runs to nearby flower fields to hide from distant thunder....*

It's nice to hear from you and despite not having the slightest idea of what you are talking about it sounds interesting!

We are still patrolling Moria and stemming the tide of orcs and goblins ((from the globallff channel usually)). The elves have us running pointless errands and laughing all the while.

We are looking forward to heading from the dark mines into the erm.. dark wood and perhaps we will see you in Rohan?
