Anyone else unable to log in?

I seem to be stuck at the examining program stage, am I alone in this?

At work at the moment, but I had no troubles earlier today

I am ok at the moment, but four or five times recently I have been stuck at that stage for a few minutes. It only began about a week ago. It doesn't seem related to anything else I do with the PC, or be helped by a restart when it 'wants' to happen.

Odd indeed.
