I know people in the kin are more than happy to provide crafting services for free/material cost. It was my personal decision (bad one may it be) to buy the particular item this time around. Just wanted to make that clear. No need to dwell on it.

I've always wanted the kinship house to be located in dwarf or man homestead just simply because I really don't like the elven architecture. Would be fun to move my personal house somewhere else as well for a change.

I bought a house in Bree, because Edgemoor comes from their. The house is ideal for him, as it's out of the way, far from the prying eyes of the local gossips.
